Tis the season for printable party invitations. Between Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa and New Years, there’s plenty to celebrate, no matter what walk of like you come from. (Never mind that two of those holidays — or maybe three, if you’re really cynical — were pretty much manufactured to capitalize on end-of-year merriment.) And when you factor in all those people who were unfortunate enough to be born in the month when people are already exchanging presents, there are plenty of parties. I can think of three people right off the bat who have December birthdays. They get slighted year after year, poor things. With any luck they have people who throw them some great birthday parties to make up for it.

Thankfully, there’s a large selection of free invitations that can be found online. That fact helps friends and family members of birthday people by providing just that much less that needs to be paid for when it comes time to throw parties. It’s a great time to be alive.
