A healthy Lifesyle

Living a healthy lifestyle in a hectic world can be a huge challenge. I have struggled with food, excersise and sleep for the last few years, and have made a vow that I will no longer allow myself to live this way.

Making a change is one of the hardest things one can do to their lifestyle once they are set in there bad habitual ways. Now that I am 35 and 40 pounds over weight, I know I dont have long to change my ways before its too late.

Im not talking drastic changes like giving up meat or anything like that, but I am going to change up my diet along with my daily exercise habits. Less meat, more fruits and vegetables along with eating them at the proper times and in the right proportions. No more eating at midnight!! That will be one of the hardest things for me to change for sure.

Along with the basic health changing steps I am going to take in my life, I will touch on all health issues. including medicine, diets, food, sleep and supplements. Im sure I’ll find about 50 different directions to go with this blog, but hey its my blog and I can do what I want right? Well hope to see you often and thanks for stopping by!
